Using Space Beneath the Staircase to Design a Small Bathroom

An efficient way of using the space beneath the staircase is to design a small bathroom. These small bathrooms are generally comprised of just a toilet and a sink. With pre-planned measure you can design them in such a way that gives you a very good visual impact and convenience as well. Stairs are not the same height and so one part of the ceiling would be lower than the other end. You can take advantage of the bottom for storage or bathroom fittings like paper towels or soap. The area under the small size stairs can be left out for air circulation. Since in all kinds of bathrooms, lighting plays an important role, ensure that you have proper artificial lighting in your under staircase bathroom. If you cannot have windows or ventilation, you can at least have a glass connected to the outdoors for some natural light.
