Brakke house-Minimalist and simple urban house design

Brakke house is very simple because it is situated in densely populated urban settlements. So automatically design choice was fixed on a minimalist design with two floors. And apparently the upstairs is not optimally used, there are still many empty spaces that can still be built a few rooms or the floors above it can used as balcony. Minimalist and simple urban design, such homes are more reasonable when put together with shops or offices under it so the user more leverage.
