This house design accommodates a view and provides open space for fun while having a narrow footprint to fit many of these prime lots. The Lake Austins name is perfect, because it is the perfect plan for a lakeside, coastal or Mountain View lot. The wrap around Covered Balcony captures the views as well as the breezes. The Master Bedroom is privately situated on the main level with its own private Balcony, and the Master Bath has a walk-in shower.
