Whalewatch Bermuda’s House Design
Master planned and designed by BergDesign, the 7.5 acre, elevated site will feature 60 attached houses, carefully sited to take advantage of ocean and overland views. Construction of the first phase was completed as of Feb. 13, 2006. Variety on the site is achieved through paired combination’s of ten different house designs. Each house features private outdoor space and parking. Location: Warwick, Bermuda, Program: multi unit housing
